On Tuesday night, David Slipher and Lorris Brown of Pacers Sports & Entertainment received a Visit Indy ROSE Award, acknowledging exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
Brown and Slipher are the head ushers at PS&E, and have been familiar faces at Indiana-based events for a combined 72 years. Every night Brown and Slipher answer hundreds of questions from patrons at concerts and sporting events, and every night they do their best to ensure fans have the best possible experience.
Lorris has been in his role for 30 years, and David has been with PS&E for 42, working in Market Square Arena and even the State Fairgrounds Coliseum during his time with the company.
