The NBA season is a grind, not just for the players, but for the coaches, trainers, scouts and front office staff as well. So, to have some fun and build camaraderie before the games begin, the organization hosted a night out for everyone involved with the team at Incrediplex, an indoor sports facility.
Pacers Sports & Entertainment employees and their families rubbed elbows with the team, taking part in dinner, basketball, laser tag, bowling, pool and arcade games.
The event came about as a result of last year's exit interviews. Pacers players voiced that they want to get to know the front office better, so the Player Development Department set out to make their suggestion a reality.
