In the latest update of All-Star voting released by the NBA, Paul George has maintained his position in third place, making him a virtual lock to start in what will be his third All-Star selection and second time being picked by the fans to start.
But since the NBA divides the starting five into two categories (two from the back court and three from front court) and PG-13 has has nearly twice as many as the next-leading vote-getters in the front court (Andre Drummond with 261,158 and Carmelo Anthony with 255,536) there isn’t any realistic way that he will be supplanted by two other players.
