The struggling Indiana Pacers will be without superstar Paul George on Saturday night when the team takes on the Celtics. The injury news for the 26 year-old forward comes as a bit of a surprise, as George had been ruled out of the remainder of Friday’s loss to the Philadelphia 76ers with a sprained thumb.
George had previously been listed as a game time decision before eventually being ruled out for tonight’s game.
This is undoubtably bad news for the Pacers as they currently sit with an overall record of 4-5 — good for 8th in the Eastern Conference.
