Aaron Holiday has signed his rookie contract with the Pacers, the team announced on Sunday.
Indiana’s first-round draft pick is set to make his Summer League debut on Friday afternoon when the exhibition squad takes on the Houston Rockets, and Kevin Pritchard has left the door open for the scrappy off-ball shooting threat to earn minutes next season.
“He goes into the season behind Cory and Darren,” Pritchard said following the draft. “but I see him competing for minutes. One thing you know about that third point guard position is that during the season, you get a chance to play.
