Seven games into the Pacers season and it seems like Nate McMillan already has to be the bad guy. Or at least he should.
To a man, heading into the season, the Pacers talked about the need for more discipline and accountability which McMillan said was his intent to deliver. After a 122-100 loss in Charlotte, which was not well played after the first minute of the game, there needs to be some action behind the accountability talk.
Ideally, accountability is interwoven within the culture of the team and it doesn’t fall on the head coach or assistants to be demanding.
