Paul George complained after the game about the team being “lifeless” which goes past perplexing this early in the season. A day later, Paul George sounded more like a team leader, putting the onus on the players to bring the energy and execute the plans laid out for each game.

The players can follow PG’s lead on Wednesday when they face the short-handed Philadelphia 76ers who will be without Joel Embiid.
