The Indiana Pacers fell just short in Game 1 against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a game winning attempt by C.J. Miles hitting the front iron as the Pacers fall into an 0-1 hole in their first round series. The Pacers were there to respond to every punch the Cavaliers landed, even taking a brief 105-103 lead late in the fourth.
Cleveland would respond with a 6-0 run, but a huge three by Paul George would cut the lead to one. Indiana would get a stop and the final possession, though were unable to keep the ball in George’s hands for the game winning shot, leading to the Game 1 loss.
