Tonight proved to be exactly what the Indiana Pacers after two straight days of internal blowups, coming together for an impressive late game win against the Atlanta Hawks. The Pacers came out with a purpose, building a double figure lead at halftime. A strong close to the third helped keep the lead at 14 heading into the fourth.
Once there, the Hawks outscored Indiana 14-2 to cut the lead to two, but impressive play from T.J. McConnell and Domantas Sabonis pushed the lead back out to eight. Atlanta again stormed back, cutting the lead to one, but a missed layup set up Caris LeVert on the other end with three big time buckets to give the Pacers a well-deserved and much earned night of celebration.
