DeMarcus Cousins exploded for 48 points to lead Sacramento past Indiana. Paul George led Indiana with 34.
A slow start for the Indiana Pacers once again put them in an inescapable hole, putting them into the loss column for the second straight game without holding a lead. DeMarcus Cousins and the Sacramento Kings scorched the Pacers to open the game at 22-8, and though Indiana made pushes in the second and third quarters, they could never overcome the deficit.
There were some positive individual performances for the Pacers, but none of that mattered in the face of the complete dominance of Cousins.
