Pacers final score: Hornets blow out Pacers 100-88

The Indiana Pacers were unable to stage another big comeback, falling to the Charlotte Hornets on the road. The Pacers never led, and a pitiful first half effort put them down by 24 points. Indiana climbed back in the game in the second half, but were unable to get stops after buckets, keeping them from drawing any closer than seven.

The Hornets brought extra fight, winning the turnover game big, outscoring the Pacers 15-5 in points off turnovers. Charlotte also owned the free throw line, topping Indiana 19-2. For the game, the Pacers had just three attempts, while also getting beaten handily on the offensive glass 13-6 (and -9 rebounding overall).
