A monster second half from Paul George helped fuel the Indiana Pacers to a Game 1 upset of the Toronto Raptors in the opening game of the NBA Playoffs. George had 27 of his game high 33 in the last two quarters. Indiana trailed by as many as eight in the second quarter, but fought back to close within two points at the break.
