Mayor Joe Hogsett and the City of Indianapolis will formally dedicate Mel Simon Memorial Parkway in memory of late Pacers owner Melvin Simon on Thursday, April 27 at 2:00 PM. The dedication will take place in the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Entry Pavilion.
