A. Superstar is kind of a vague term. Was Reggie Miller a superstar in his prime? Jermaine O'Neal? Or were they just stars. I get your point, however.
I believe Turner can become an All-Star. Let's start with that. He has all the ingredients to become one, given his shooting touch, size, athleticism, maturity and intelligence.
