Love/Hate Series: Alize Johnson

With the drafting of Aaron Holiday, the heir apparent to Darren Collison, the signings of Kyle O’Quinn, Doug McDermott and Tyreke Evans, the Pacers have quietly had a good offseason. Even quieter still is the Pacers’ second-round draft pick, Alize Johnson.

The Missouri State product began his life in a Pacers uniform being a strong member of their Summer League team. He was third on the team in points (12.4 per game) and led the team in rebounds (8.6 per game). He was consistently giving a strong effort, great hustle and showed a knack for being a basketball magnet under the rim.
