With 1:12 remaining in the first quarter of the Pacers double-OT loss to the Cavaliers, Lance Stephenson replaced Paul George to once again take take the floor for the Pacers.
On the first possession of the second quarter, Lance found C.J. Miles for a mid-range jumper and Stephenson had his first assist. His performance was up and down over the 18 minutes of playing time throughout the game. But there is no denying his presence is felt on the court.
During his first tour of duty with the Pacers, I often joked that Lance will never have a quiet 20-point game or double-digit assist game.
