Injured Rodney Stuckey to Miss Sunday Game vs. Cavs, Not Traveling With Team

Rodney Stuckey rolled his ankle very badly on Friday night in the Indiana Pacers win over the Miami Heat. It was on a routine play and his foot came down awkwardly on Jordan Hill’s foot, causing a disgusting-looking injury that was called a sprain during the in-game diagnosis.

You can watch it here, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Now, the Pacers have ruled out Rodney Stuckey for Sunday’s hotly anticipated game against rival LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He also will not even travel with the team, per Nate Taylor of the Indianapolis Star, which makes sense (because) but also gives some credence to the notion that this is a bad injury that will keep him out for awhile.
