The Indiana Pacers will play six preseason games in October including one date at the Ford Center in Evansville about 180 miles southwest of their home court. Tickets for that game will go on sale Friday, August 19 at 11:00 am. They can be purchased at the Ford Center, via Ticketmaster, or by calling (800) 745-3000.
In an announcement the team noted that it enjoys making preseason trips outside of the capital to let fans from other parts of the state get to see the team up close in a local venue. “I think it’s great any time we can take our team to different parts of the state and let our fans in these areas see us in person,” said Larry Bird, the Pacers president.
