The Indiana Pacers have signed Glenn Robinson III to a 3-year contract according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Robinson was an unrestricted free agent after the Philadelphia 76ers passed on making him a qualifying offer to keep his services. The second year player didn’t post much in the stat column last season as he averaged 2.1 points a game in limited minutes. His pace adjusted numbers are more encouraging but he’s still a raw talent at this point.
Our own Jon Washburn pointed out in a staff e-mail that Bird is rounding out the staff with players that have room to grow.
