Indiana Pacers Officially Sign Kevin Seraphin and Pick Up Nick Zeisloft for Training Camp

We have known for a week that the Indiana Pacers had come to team-friendly terms with former New York Knicks forward Kevin Seraphin and now it is official. The team announced today that the two parties have inked the deal.

According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, the agreement is for a two-year contract worth $3.6 million. The second year is a team option.

The signing puts the Pacers over the maximum roster size. So with 16 players under contract, Larry Bird will now have to waive someone before the season starts or complete a lopsided trade that sends out more players than it returns.
