Brett Gardner and the Yankees welcomed Chris Singleton and his family Monday in the Bronx. Singleton's mother was among the nine killed at Emmanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina in June. He threw out the first pitch and took batting practice, hitting one over the left field wall.
