The Pacers are rested and ready to play the Miami Heat on Friday after four days off at home. At least, they should be ready.
This is the second of three games between the two teams this season. The Pacers won the first meeting in Miami, 110-102 so Indiana can lock up the tie breaker with a win tonight. It is never too early to consider playoff considerations, let alone collect tie-breaker advantages over other Eastern Conference teams. Plus, the third and final game is in Miami.
After not playing for four days, the Pacers have jumped up to third place in the East while Miami sits in ninth place while sputtering out of the gate to start the season.
