Looking for their third straight win, the Pacers headed to halftime on Monday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse trailing the Chicago Bulls, 49-44.
The Pacers got off to a slow start offensively on Monday, missing 10 of their first 14 shots. Former Pacer Thaddeus Young had seven points and five rebounds in the first quarter for Chicago as the visitors took a 24-21 lead after the opening frame.
The Bulls led 38-30 following Zach LaVine's layup with 6:52 remaining in the first half. But Indiana answered with an 11-2 run — with six of those points coming from Myles Turner — to take the lead.
