Speaking to reporters during Thursday night's Celebrity Softball Challenge, Paul George was asked about Myles Turner's chance to play on the 2016 Men's Select Team, the group of players that goes against Team USA in the run-up to the Olympic Games.
George himself was on that team before he was in consideration for actually playing for Team USA, and believed it helped him gain confidence as a player in the NBA.
"First, I think it's just the invite alone, it's something that automatically comes with your game elevating," George said. "You take it as, you're one of the best young prospects coming up.
