George Hill still goes by the name “INDIANA GEROGE HILL” on Twitter despite not playing for a basketball team in this state since 2016. Despite that, he is still back in the state.
Hill, a former Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis Jaguar, is back in Indy to graduate from college this weekend. Hill went to the NBA in 2008 after finishing four seasons at IUPUI, but he never completed his degree while at the school.
14 years later, Hill is the starting point guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers. They are currently still alive in postseason play after eliminating the Pacers and the Toronto Raptors.
