According to the team's official Twitter account, Miles was officially ruled out in the second quarter shortly after the team listed him as questionable to return.
Miles began the 2015-16 season as a member of the starting rotation. As Myles Turner continued to develop, though, former head coach Frank Vogel inserted the young power forward into his first unit, thus pushing Paul George to the 3 and Miles to the bench.
