After Joe Young knocked down a 3-pointer with 34 seconds left in the 3rd quarter against the Brooklyn Nets, it looked like the Indiana Pacers were on their way to another victory in this young season.
That assumption was premature.
The Nets went on a 20-4 run early in the fourth quarter to flip the scoreboard around and then tacked on another scoring run for a 14-point lead late in the game. The Pacers were simply outplayed in the final 12 minutes by the Nets.
Just ask coach Nate McMillan.
Nate McMillan says the #Nets "came out and played harder than we did" in tonight's Pacers loss.
