The Indiana Pacers knew they had to revamp their roster to have a realistic shot at competing for a higher seed than last season. With Victor Oladipo out until either December or January, Indiana needed multiple players to step in as scorers to make up for his lost production.
Not only did the Pacers add scoring, but they also got younger. Their veteran presence will be 30-year-old Justin Holiday (older brother of teammate, Aaron). The next oldest player is 27-year-old Jeremy Lamb. This young core will be able to grow for the next five seasons while integrating Oladipo into the new lineup.
