Being a rookie in the NBA is often the fulfillment of a life-long dream of playing a sport at its highest level. It also means you deal with some basic responsibilities as the low-man on the totem pole.
For the Indiana Pacers and Georges Niang, that means going to get donuts. Like Joe Young and many a rookie before him, Niang dutifully goes out and gets the team donuts, even when they are on the road.
When the team was in Portland last week, Fox Sports Indiana tagged along on Niang’s trip to Voodoo Doughnut.
