TAMPA, Fla. – The Hoosiers ended day two of the NCAA East Preliminaries with two athletes headed to Eugene, Ore. for the NCAA Championships, one athlete advancing to the quarterfinals in Tampa, Fla. and one athlete had a lifetime best performance.
Sophomore punched his ticket for the NCAA Championships after automatically advancing due to his third please finish in the second heat (1:48.09). All-American was one-of-three athletes to advance to the Championships based off of time. Kuhn crossed the finish line at 1:48.26.
In the hurdles sophomore automatically advanced to the 110m hurdle quarterfinals after he won the fourth heat with the time of 13.
