Former Hoosier Will Sheehey will join his old teammate Christian Watford in the NBA summer league. While Watford is suiting up for the Indiana Pacers, Sheehey will take the court for the New Orleans Pelicans.
This comes after Sheehey’s first year as a professional, which didn’t go so well. Sheehey started with KK Buducnost of the Adriatic League in Montenegro. While abroad, he appeared in only nine games and averaged 4.2 points and 2.0 rebounds per game. He was released and found himself in the NBA Developmental League, playing for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
