COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Indiana Women's Basketball junior guard Tyra Buss has been invited as one of 40 athletes to USA Basketball Women's U23 Team Training Camp, announced by the organization on Tuesday. The invitations were issued by the USA Basketball Women's Junior National Team Committee.
Buss will take part in the tryouts in Colorado Springs July 31-Aug. 4 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. Those selected to the U23 team will compete in the inaugural Four Nations Tournament for college-aged women Aug. 12-15 in Tokyo, Japan. Teams included will be Australia, Canada, Japan and the USA and will be a round-robin style tournament.
