Two-Run Eighth Lifts Indiana to 4-2 Rubber Game Win Over Pacific

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana baseball (11-4) used a two-run eighth inning to break a 2-2 tie, resulting in a 4-2 victory over the Pacific Tigers on Sunday, to take the rubber game of the three-game set.

Senior Logan Sowers provided the go-ahead run in the eighth inning, and drove in three runs on the day on a 3-for-4 effort with three doubles. Indiana got eight hits collectively as a team with junior Luke Miller providing the other RBI on a sacrifice fly.
