Troy transfer Tayton Conerway, the Sun Belt Conference player of the year last season, committed to Indiana today.
Conerway averaged 14.2 points, 4.8 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.9 steals in 30.3 minutes for the Trojans, who won a share of the Sun Belt regular season championship and won the conference tournament title.
He recently completed visits to Indiana, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt. Conerway is the sixth portal addition this spring for the Hoosiers, joining Tucker DeVries, Conor Enright, Reed Bailey, Lamar Wilkerson and Jasai Miles.
The 6-foot-3 guard is a native of Burleson, Texas and played at Grayson College and Ranger College before joining Troy in the 2023-24 season.
