Three changes the Indiana Hoosiers football program needs to make

The very first change that must be made for this program to actually make a bowl and win a bucket is Tom Allen needs to find someone else to lead the defense. Allen has made a name for himself by being a defensive genius. It’s time though for Allen to focus more on being a head coach. He stated as much in his final press conference that a change might be made.

Secondly, the Hoosiers need a jump start on the offensive side of the ball as well. Offensive coordinator Mike Debord at best has a very conservative play calling style.
