The 64-team bracket for this year’s TBT was announced Wednesday morning and Assembly Ball has its opponent for the opening round.
IU’s TBT alumni team will play the Valparaiso alumni team, the Cru, on Friday, July 19 at 8 p.m. ET at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Assembly Ball, the No. 1 seed in the Butler Regional, is comprised primarily of former IU players and is the first IU alumni team to ever play in the event. This will be the 11th year of the TBT.
The roster includes Yogi Ferrell, Juwan Morgan, Troy Williams, Jordan Hulls, Miller Kopp, and Devonte Green.
