Report: Indiana men’s basketball hires Kenny Johnson as an assistant

Indiana men’s basketball has hired Georgetown assistant coach Kenny Johnson for the same role on Darian DeVries’ first staff, according to reporting from Zach Osterman and the Indianapolis Star:

Johnson, as stated by Osterman, previously worked for the program under former head coach Tom Crean. Since leaving in 2014, Johnson has worked at Louisville, La Salle, as the head coach at National Christian Academy in Fort Washington, Maryland, under former Indiana coach Archie Miller at Rhode Island and then his role at Georgetown.
