Indiana’s transfer portal signings kicked off on Friday with the signing of former UAB running back Lee Beebe, according to On3’s Pete Nakos on Twitter:
Beebe has spent the past three seasons with UAB with his production in the backfield increasing each year. He rushed for 885 yards and seven touchdowns on 166 carries this past season, good for 5.3 yards per carry.
Additionally, he was a factor in the Blazers’ passing game with 219 receiving yards and a touchdown on 30 catches.
Running back is among the top positions of need for the Hoosiers this offseason.
