For the past few days, Indiana’s women’s basketball schedule has been in a state of flux.
The Hoosiers’ scheduled game with Butler, originally slated for Sunday, was moved up to Saturday. Then the tipoff time changed. Then the game was canceled.
And now, IU won’t be playing at all.
A day after associate head coach Rhet Wierzba tweeted that Indiana was looking for a replacement game, the Bloomington Herald-Times reports that IU will take the weekend off. Such is life in college basketball right now.
Butler was IU’s last scheduled non-conference game of the season, though the H-T’s Jeremy Price says the Hoosiers will be looking to squeeze a game in next week.
