BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The No. 4 Indiana men's soccer team (8-1-3, 4-0-0 Big Ten) outlasted the Michigan Wolverines (6-3-3, 2-1-2 Big Ten) for a 1-0 victory at Jerry Yeagley Field at Bill Armstrong Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Indiana University President Michael A. McRobbie and his wife, Laurie Burns McRobbie, attended the match as art of the Bicentennial celebration.
KEY MOMENTS
• The first real chance for either team came from the Wolverines in the 30th minute of action. Michigan earned a corner kick and had three shots from inside the six-yard box, all blocked by Hoosier defenders to avoid any harm.
