No. 2 Hoosiers down No. 12 Michigan State 1-0 in OT, finish B1G play undefeated

It was another one up, another one down for Todd Yeagley & Co. as they took down No. 12 Michigan State in dramatic fashion on Sunday at Bill Armstrong Stadium.

The Spartans (10-3-4, 4-2-2 B1G) played a tough first half, matching No. 2 Indiana (15-2, 8-0 B1G) in shots with six and earning six corner kicks to IU’s one.

In the second half the Hoosiers took over. They locked down the MSU attack, allowing just two shots in the second period of play. On the other end of the field IU created plenty of chances. They earned 10 corner kicks and took 12 shots but couldn’t break through to find the go-ahead goal.
