GREENSBORO, N.C. – The No. 15-ranked Indiana University women's swimming and diving team advanced four and a relay to the evening finals at the 2021 NCAA Championships on Friday morning at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Senior Josie Grote swam a career-best time of 4:05.33 to earn a spot in the Championship Final. She will be seeded fourth after entering the morning with a seed time that ranked 14th. Grote is now the third-fastest performer in program history in the event, and only trails Allysa Vavra (4:01.41) and Bailey Andison (4:02.
