New York Knicks sign Troy Williams to second 10-day contract

It appears as if Troy Williams will be spending at least 10 more days with the New York Knicks, as they have decided to sign the former Hoosier once again.

During his first 10-day contract, Williams showed the Knicks that he belongs on the team. Both in the short-term and long-term, averaging 8 points, and 2.5 rebounds in limited action. With New York going younger, it is possible that Troy sees more than the 12.5 minutes a game that he saw during his first 10-day deal.

After beginning the season with the Houston Rockets, Williams decided to sign with the Knicks after the Rockets decided to sign both Brandan Wright and Joe Johnson via the buyout market, as he knew playing time would not come in Houston.
