BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – With 12 former Hoosiers securing spots on Major League Soccer rosters, Indiana is well represented in the restart of the league in Orlando, Fla. Throughout the remainder of the tournament, IUHoosiers.com will provide updates on these former Hoosier greats.
Mason Toye, Minnesota United FC
Toye was superb in his 32 minutes of run as a substitute in Minnesota United FC's 3-1 in the semifinal loss to Orlando City SC. He made the most of his lone goal scoring chance by controlling a wonderful through ball from Kevin Molino and sliding a left-footed shot just beyond the reach of the goalkeeper to bring Minnesota within a goal in the 83rd minute.
