CHAMPAIGN, Ill. –––– Indiana Men's Tennis won two singles matches and the doubles point, but lost at No. 52 Illinois on Friday afternoon, 4-3.
The Hoosiers got off to a good start by taking the doubles point, winning at No. 1 and No. 3 singles to go up 1-0.
From there, a back-and-forth match ensued. Illinois won three consecutive matches to go up 3-1. Indiana got back into it, though, with Michael Andre and Ilya Tiraspolsky winning at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, to even the score 3-3.
