BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University men's basketball signee Trayce Jackson-Davis, who completed a standout career at Center Grove High School and was a McDonald's All-American, was named 2019 Indiana's Mr. Basketball. He received the honor tonight in Indianapolis at the 2019 IndyStar Sports Awards.
He will be the 28th Indiana Mr. Basketball to play for the Hoosiers and 22nd McDonald's All-American to suit up for the Hoosiers. He is the second straight Mr. Basketball to play for IU. Romeo Langford won the award in 2018. It's the first time since 1997 (Luke Recker, DeKalb) and 1998 (Tom Coverdale, Noblesville) that Indiana's Mr.
