UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Defense made the difference as Indiana men's soccer (9-3-1, 4-2-0 B1G) gutted out a 1-0 win against Penn State (8-5-1, 4-1-0) Sunday at Jeffrey Field on the campus of Penn State University.
IU earned its fourth consecutive clean sheet and third straight Big Ten road win as a 75th minute own goal spelled doom for the Nittany Lions.
KEY MOMENTS
• Indiana had the first real chance of the match within six minutes. Maouloune Goumballe played the ball right to Endeley, who dribbled into the box and released a shot right at the PSU keeper.
