BLOOMINGTON, Indiana - Fans over 21 attending Hoosier baseball and softball games at Indiana University this spring will be able to enjoy beer to enhance their gameday experience.
The addition of beer sales at Bart Kaufman Field and Andy Mohr Field is in line with a similar decision to introduce beer and wine sales at IU Football games at Memorial Stadium beginning in 2019. IU Athletics teamed with Bloomington-based Upland Brewery on that endeavor, and they have agreed to extend their relationship to include Hoosier baseball and softball games starting this spring.
"We're excited to offer this new option to IU Baseball and Softball fans as we continue to enhance the gameday experience at our athletic events," said IU Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Scott Dolson.
