BLOOMINGTON, Indiana – Indiana University Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Fred Glass announced today a major gift by IU alumnus Jay Wilkinson to the Indiana University Bicentennial Campaign for Athletics. This $10 million commitment will help provide funding for the construction of the new multi-use Indoor Arena to be built on the Athletics campus which will become the new home for volleyball and wrestling competition. In recognition of the gift, the venue will be permanently named Wilkinson Hall.
