Indiana Wins B1G Match Play Championship

HAMMOCK BEACH, Fla. – The Indiana men's golf defeated both Purdue (3-2) and Michigan State (3-2) on the final day of competition to take the overall team title at the Big Ten Match Play Championships on the Ocean Golf Course on Saturday.

The team title is the third for the Hoosiers since the debut of the event in 2009. Indiana won the inaugural event in '09 and also took home the team crown in 2021, giving the Hoosier back-to-back championships.

The Hoosiers made a late comeback to overtake the top-seeded Purdue Boilermakers in the morning match, winning by a tally of 3-2.
